Inventure Automotive Electronics Research & Development, Inc. has been established in 1997 with the aim to develop and market state-of-the-art products on the domestic and foreign automotive electronics market that satisfy special customer needs on a superior technical level.
The company has 100% Hungarian private ownership. It is primarily specialized in the development and small-scale production of professional automotive measuring instruments and electronic control units (ECUs), providing customized solutions to the clients with the help of continuous innovation and R&D that is part of the company culture. The three main areas of the activities are own product development, their production and distribution, external development services on a commission basis and applied research in close cooperation with the Budapest University of Technology and Economics. The developed products, the associated services (calibration, evaluation, analysis, study) and the acknowledged professional expertise together make the provided solutions complete. The professional experience and knowledge acquired through the years were concentrated into four core competences that are Fleet Management Systems, CAN Bus Technology, Automotive Measuring Technology and Brake System Qualification.

The products of Inventure Automotive Electronics are present in 18 countries in the world through its distribution partners, such as Germany, Switzerland, Ukraine and the United States of America. The customers include government authorities (police forces, PTI stations) as well as public transport and freight companies, car manufacturers, and several universities and research institutes. Inventure is proud to have customers like Volkswagen AG and DaimlerChrysler Corp. that are both well known for their high requirements regarding supplier quality.
Our goal besides maintaining the market position in Hungary is to acquire new markets, to strengthen principally our European presence, hence to produce sales in the remaining European Union member states and in the states split off from the former Soviet Union.
Quality Management
Perfect quality of the performed work is a prerequisite in the operation of Inventure Automotive, which is guaranteed by the highly qualified, result oriented workforce and the applied state-of-the-art technology. As a result of the process based operation of the company, Inventure has acquired the ISO 9000:2001 qualification for research and development, production, maintenance, hardware- and software development and consulting in the automotive electronics field.
Scientific Relations
Inventure Automotive Electronics is a founding consortium member and active participant of the Advanced Vehicle and Vehicle Control Knowledge Center, operating within the framework of the Budapest University of Technology and Economics, and besides that - through its CEO - is member of the ISO working group WG6 creating the ISO standards for braking system test procedures on one hand and of the Hungarian EU-UN ECE coordination office, on the other hand.
