FMS-CDR™

The FMS-CDR™ system ensures the traceability of the vehicle's fuel usage. The vehicle-mounted device continuously records the fuel consumption relevant data from the vehicle's electronic system. The black box like instrument stores the consumption data, which are easy to download and analyze, for months. The system includes the PC software CDR Vision™, which allows data download into MS Excel format.

FMS Gateway™ for trucks

In many cases the required data cannot be found on the CAN based FMS data bus or there is no FMS interface in the vehicle at all, or it happens that  the GPS Fleet tracking system simply doesn't have a CAN interface. The Inventure FMS Gateway™ for trucks provides a solution for these cases, because it provides, among other things, the fuel consumption data through FMS-standard data bus or by RS-232 serial output.

FMS Gateway™ for CARs or VANs

The Inventure FMS Gateway™ for CARs and VANs model provides a standard FMS interface for passenger cars or smaller trucks. The FMS Gateway™ device can be connected to the vehicle data bus, which can be found on the newer vehicles. The device forwards the data in J1939 format FMS messages, which can be directly processed by GPS based fleet management systems.

AD2CAN™

AD2CAN™ is an 8 channel 12-bit analog digital converter system integrated into a CAN bus digital interface environment. The tool is ideally used for vehicles with CAN bus network to post  supply sensors, because it has 2 independent power supply output (5V, 10V), which facilitate the system integration of various sensors.

WeCAN™ USB

The WeCAN™ USB hardware interface unit enables a PC to connect to CAN bus network via the USB connector. The device is capable of receiving all the CAN messages even at high case load of the bus. Suitable for error detection frames and invalid frames, which is essential for debugging of CAN networks. Using WeCAN™ PC software is recommended, but it also has its own API, through is directly programmable.

WeCAN™ PC Application

The WeCAN™ PC Application displays, records and plays back received CAN data. You can assign DBC format databases to your measurements. You can easily display and evaluate the stored signals graphically on the field, or replay them anytime in the lab using offline playback. Interoperability between similar applications (eg. CANalyser) provided via the export and import functions.

WeCAN™ Display

WeCAN™ Display is a general-purpose display module for showing the physical values of the CAN bus (FMS bus) messages in text format. The device is available as a separate display unit or as a display integrated into the instrument panel. WeCAN™ Display is a display module built with a high contrast LCD display and two bright LEDs. Via its built-in CAN interface it can be connected to any ISO11898-2 standard conform CAN bus.

VDSU™

VDSU™ is a 6-degree of freedom Vehicle Dynamics Sensor Unit developed specifically for automotive purposes. The unit is composed of state-of-the-art angular rate sensors (gyroscopes) and acceleration sensors. The VDSU™ has the capability to measure  three way (ax, ay and az) acceleration, as well as acceleration round the three axis (Yaw-rate, Roll-rate and Pitch-rate) and transmitt via the built-in SAE J1939 compliant high speed CAN bus.

WeCAN™ Gateway

WeCAN™ Gateway is a robust communication tool designed to safely connect CAN networks to each-other. Typically it enables to connect extra ECUs to an existing automotive CAN Network without having any influence on the communication. The main function of WeCAN™ Gateway is to transfer certain CAN messages and signals from one CAN network to the other with identical or perhaps modified data content.

GPS2CAN™

GPS2CAN™ provides GPS based Position, Time/Date and Velocity data for CAN networks according to SAE J1939 standard. Any GPS receiver can be connected to the GPS2CAN™ input, witch has an NMEA 0183 compatible output. GPS2CAN™ also has a built-in power supply output for direct supply of GPS receivers if necessary.

TAHO2CAN™

TAHO2CAN™ provides a digital CAN interface for analog tachographs. The TAHO2CAN™ measures the output impulses of an analog tachograph and calculates the digital values of vehicle speed and distance traveled, thus making SAE J1939 compliant speed and distance signals available e.g. for fleet management systems in vehicles, where CAN data are missing from the tachograph.

WS2CAN™

WS2CAN™ is a flexibly configurable two channel analog speedometer with a CAN bus output interface, that processes the signals of two speed sensors connected to the inputs, and sends the measured wheel speed data to the CAN bus output in digital format. WS2CAN™ handles the sinusoidal signals of passive inductive speed sensors in real-time, thus even a ABS control unit can be controlled.

IO4CAN™

With the use of IO4CAN™ external digital signals can be connected to existing CAN bus systems. IO4CAN™ samples its digital inputs with predefined acquisition time and transfers them to the CAN bus with a specified repetition rate. In inverse operation IO4CAN™ changes the state of its digital outputs according to the content of the received CAN message. This operation mode enables the digital switch on/off control of any device.

Battery Monitor™

Battery Monitor™ is continuously monitoring the battery voltage level and warns the driver in case of alternator overcharge or battery low voltage. The warning of the battery low voltage level is especially important during the night resting time, when the electrical units are working continuously (TV, DVD, Laptop, etc.), so the trouble free engine start in the morning is ensured.
